We understand that plans may change. Here is our transparent refund and cancellation policy.

1. Tour Packages

• Cancellations 30+ days before travel: 80% refund of total paid

• 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund

• 7–14 days before travel: 25% refund

• Less than 7 days: No refund

Note: Flight, visa, or hotel costs booked via third parties are non-refundable unless specified.

2. Flight Bookings

• Subject to airline fare rules and cancellation penalties

• ITDH service charges are non-refundable

3. Hotel/ Cruise Bookings

• Follow partner hotel/cruise refund policy

• Early check-outs or no-shows are non-refundable

4. Refund Timeline

• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after written cancellation request

• Refunds are made to the original payment method
